Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Henry Wilson, late a private of Company H, Fourth Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 4, 1899.
