McDaniel.Granted honorable discharge.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War he, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Orin R.
McDaniel, late an enrolled soldier of Company H, Sixty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, upon the records of said company as enrolled December twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and discharged February fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, for disability, and grant him an honorable discharge accordingly, as of date February fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, for disability: *Proviso*.Pay, etc.*Provided*, That no pay or allowances shall become due or pay-able by reason of the passage of this Act.
