Patterson.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Samuel S. Patterson, late a member of Battery C, First West Virginia Light Artillery, and also a member of Company D, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, January 28, 1899.
