January 28, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarJames Denny.Granted discharge, etc. is hereby authorized to correct the military record of James Denny, of Company A, subsequently B, Twelfth Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, afterwards Company L of the Third Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, by striking therefrom the words “dropped from the rolls by Captain W.
T. Leeper, December tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty two,” and substituting therefor the words “discharged June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two,” and to issue to him a discharge as of date June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No pay, etc. That no pay or allowances shall accrue to him by virtue of this Act. Approved, January 28, 1899.
