December 20, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Lucy Nichols.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Lucy Nichols, late an army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
