March 14, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Emeline C. Sewell.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, the name pf Emeline C, Sewell, widow of George Sewell, late chief engineer, United States Navy, at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 14, 1898.
