January 28, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Pollock Rip Shoals, Mass.Light-house, etc., established at.States of America in Congress assembled*, That a light-house and fog signal or light ship be established at a point north of the bell buoy near the broken part of Pollock Rip Shoals, at the northeastern entrance of Nantucket Shoals, Massachusetts, at a cost not to exceed eighty thousand dollars. Approved, January 28, 1899.
