Draper.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the John S.
Draper. Pension. Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of John S. Draper, late a private in the war with Mexico, and subsequently a sergeant in Company E, Third United States Infantry, upon the pension roll, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
