Pension increased. Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Crinigan, late a private in Company O, Fourteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that which he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1899.
