Searl. Pension increased. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of James E. Searl, late of Company F, One hundred and eighty-sixth New York Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, March 3, 1899.
