Pension increased. Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Mrs. Susan Stedman, widow of Kinsley Stedman, late a private in Company H, Eighty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, from eight dollars, the amount now received by said widow, to fifteen dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899.
