Pension increased. Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Elam Allen, late of Company E, Thirty-third Iowa Infantry Volunteers, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1899.
