Cozzens.March 3, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Charlotte B.
Cozzens. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charlotte B. Cozzens, widow of Henry H. Cozzens, first lieutenant Twenty-first Battery New York Volunteer Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she now receives. Approved, March 3, 1899.
