G. Neeley. Granted honorable discharge. and he hereby is, authorized and directed to correct the military record of, and grant an honorable discharge as of date October first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to, W. G. Neeley, of Canyon City, Colorado, late a private in Company I, Fifth United States Infantry Volunteers: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or *Proviso.* No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1899.
