Waring. Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the general pension laws, the name of Lucretia C. Waring, widow of the late Lieutenant Howard S. Waring, of the United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars a month, in lieu of any other pension. Approved, March 3, 1899.
