December 20, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Ellen Stack.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Stack, widow of James Stack, late second lieutenant Company E, One hundred and sixty-second Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
