May accept medal from the President of Venezuela. passed assistant surgeon of the Marine-Hospital Service, be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept from the President of the Republic of Venezuela a gold medal of the fourth class of the Order of the Liberator, awarded in recognition of scientific services.
