Granted honorable discharge. hereby authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the military record of William Henry Johnson, of Ceresco, Saunders County, Nebraska, who served under the name of Henry Johnson, of Company H, Second Pennsylvania Cavalry (Fifty-ninth Pennsylvania Infantry), transferred to Company H, First Pennsylvania Provisional 1548FIFTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 403–407. 1899. Cavalry, and grant him an honorable discharge to date April thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or *Proviso.* No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
