Digitization Vendor 2025-11-03 55 3 private chap. 401.— An Act For the relief of Thomas Mullen.March 2, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of War be, Thomas Mullen.
Granted honorable discharge. and is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion now standing upon the records of the War Department against the name of Thomas Mullen, of Wallaceburg, Arkansas, late member of Company G, First New York Mounted Rifles Volunteers, and grant him an honorable discharge as of the twenty-ninth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or *Proviso.* No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
