CHAP. 390.— An Act For the erection of a public building at Saint Cloud, Minnesota. March 2, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * St. Cloud, Minn.Public building authorized. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to acquire, by gift, purchase, or condemnation or otherwise, a site for, and cause to be erected thereon a suitable building, including fire-proof vaults, heating and ventilating apparatus, and approaches, for the use and and accommodation of the United States land office, post-office, and other Government offices at the city of Saint Cloud, in the State of Limit of coat.Minnesota.
The cost of the site and building thereon, with its appurtenances, when completed upon plans and specifications to be previously made and approved by the Secretary of the Treasury, shall not exceed in the aggregate the sum of fifty thousand dollars. Approved, March 2, 1899.
