CHAP. 353.— An Act To increase the limit of cost for the purchase of site and the erection of a public buildiug at Omaha, Nebraska. March 2, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the amount heretoforeOmaha, Nebr.Limit of cost for public building increased.*Ante*, p. 12. fixed as a limit of cost for the purchase of site and erection of a building for the accommodation of the United States courts, post-office, internal revenue, and other Government offices at the city of Omaha, in the State of Nebraska, be, and the same is hereby, increased to one 982 FIFTY-FIFTH CONGRESS.
Sess. III. Chs. 353–357. 1899. million eight hundred thousand dollars, which sum is hereby fixed as the limit of cost for the erection of said building, including the cost of a site therefor. Approved, March 2, 1899.
