CHAP. 348.— An Act For the erection of a public building at Fergus Falls, Minnesota. March 2, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Fergus Falls, Minn.Public building authorized. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to acquire by gift, purchase, or condemnation or otherwise a site for, and cause to be erected thereon a suitable building, including fireproof vaults, heating and ventilating apparatus, and approaches, for the use and accommodation of the United States courts, post-office, and other Government Limit of cost.offices at the city of Fergus Falls, in the State of Minnesota.
The site and building thereon, with its appurtenances, when completed upon plans and specifications to be previously made and approved by the Secretary of the Treasury, shall not exceed in the aggregate the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars. Approved, March 2, 1899.
