Seamans.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of William D. Seamans, late a private in Company L, Fourteenth New York Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 14, 1898.
