Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Amanda Willmarth, widow of James D. Willmarth, late of Companies B and C, Seventy-sixth Regiment New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
