May 14, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Simpson Everett Stilwell.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Simpson Everett Stilwell, late scout and guide in the United States Army, at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
