Harmon.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph N. Harmon, dependent father of William H. Harmon, late of Company B, Seventeenth Regiment Ohio Volunteers; of James E. Harmon, late of Company B, Twelfth Ohio Volunteers; of Thomas J. Harmon, late of Company C, Twenty-first Ohio Volunteers; also of John F.
Harmon, deceased, late of Company C, Twenty-first Ohio Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
