Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Taylor McFarland, late a private in Company E, Twelfth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and private in Company K, Eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899.
