Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Gemima Millsap, dependent mother of Milton Millsap, late a member of Company I, Thirty-first Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1898.
