Bowen.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, anti he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Elizabeth H. Bowen, divorced wife of Benjamin F. Bowen, deceased, late a chaplain, Company I, Eighth New jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
