Lowe.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized anti directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Barbara C. Lowe, widow of William M. Lowe, deceased, late a member of Captain Warfield’s company, employed on the Texas frontier subsequent to the Mexican war, and pay her a pension of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
