Heady.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Lucy I). Heady, widow of Henry Heady, late Company F, Eighty-ninth New York Volunteers, on the pension roll and pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899.
