Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Margaret Wilber, mother of Thomas E. Brooks, Company I, One hundred and fortieth New York Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1899.
