Palmer.Pension. Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M. Palmer, late major-general United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per mouth. Approved, February 28, 1899.
