December 20, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United James Burnett.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James Burnett, dependent father of Thomas Burnett, late a private of Company B, Fifth Regiment of Tennessee Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month.
