De Russy.Pension increased. Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Helen A. De Russy, of Washington, District of Columbia, widow of Colonel Rene E. De Russy, Corps of Engineers, and brevet brigadier-general, United States Army, and pay her a pension of forty dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by her. Approved, February 28, 1899.
