December 20, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Joseph Griffith.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Joseph Griffith, dependent father of John II.
Griffith, late of Company F, First Eastern Shore Maryland Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, December 20, 1898.
