CHAP. 236.— An Act For the removal of suits from the courts of the State of Texas to the courts of the United States in the State of Texas. May 4, 1898. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That in cases of removal ofTexas.Removal of suits from State to Federal courts. suits from the courts of the State of Texas to the courts of the United States in said State of Texas such removal shall be to the United States court in the division where the county is situated from which the removal is made, and the time within which the removal shall be perfected, in so far as it refers to or is regulated by the terms of the United States court, shall be deemed to refer to the terms of the United States courts in such division.
Sec. 2. That all laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act be,Repeal. and the same are hereby, repealed. Approved, May 4, 1898.
