B. Harlan.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of David R. B. Harlan, late a captain of Company M. Ninth Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate, of twenty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, December 20, 1898.
