Pease.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Frances E. Pease, widow of William R. Pease, late colonel One hundred and seventeenth New York Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month. Approved, April 27, 1898.
