Smith.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Daniel J. Smith, of Waldo, Arkansas, late a private in Captain Pouncey’s company, Alabama Militia, Florida Indian war, to twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 15, 1898.
