CHAP. 175.— An Act For the establishment of a light-house and fog signal at or near Point Arguello, California. February 21, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Point Arguello, Cal.Light-house established at. That there be established at or near Point Arguello, about twelve miles northwest of Point Conception, California, a light-house and fog signal, at a cost not to exceed thirty-five thousand dollars.
