Fowler.Pension increased.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Samuel F. Fowler, formerly private in Company A, First Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month, the same to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by him. Approved, April 15, 1898.
