Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Ellen Day, dependent stepmother of Albert L. Day, late private in Company K, Fifth Regiment Ohio Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 15, 1898.
