Chs. 166, 169, 170, 180–182. 1899.1523 from service on December first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No pay, etc. That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
