February 18, 1899. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That there be established onHog Island Shoal, Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island.Light and fog-signal station established at. or near Hog Island Shoal, Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, a light and fog-signal station, to take the place of the light vessel now there, at a cost not to exceed thirty-five thousand dollars.
