Plunkett.Payment to, of amount of certain drafts.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Charles T. Plunkett, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and four dollars and fifty cents, being amount of sundry drafts, all dated January twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, to the following named parties: R. B. Coffman, one dollar and seventy cents; E.
H. Price, one dollar and ninety cents; R. E. Carroll, twenty-eight dollars; J. H. Mowatt, eighteen dollars; J. H. Mowatt, twenty-one dollars and ninety cents; J. H. Mowatt, eleven dollars and ten cents; J. H. Mowatt, twenty-one dollars and ninety cents: *Provided*, *Provisos*.Surrender of drafts.Indemnity bond.That said drafts are surrendered to the Secretary of the Treasury: *And provided further*, That the said Charles T. Plunkett will give bond in the penalty of double the amount, with security approved by the Secretary of the Treasury, conditioned to indemnify the Tinted States against any loss arising out of the payment of said drafts to said Charles T.
