Tumy.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Elizabeth M. Tumy, widow of the late Solomon P. Tumy, late second sergeant of the Third Indiana Regiment of Infantry in the Mexican war, subject to the provisions of the pension laws, and pay her a pension rated at eight dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1898.
