Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Georgie Smiley, dependent and imbecile daughter of George A. Smiley, late a private in Company I, Ninth Regiment New Hampshire Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, same to be paid to her legal guardian, when appointed. Approved, February 9, 1899.
