Stephens.Pension.States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles L. Stephens, late a private in Company L, Fourth Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay him a pension of forty dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1898.
