Blakeman.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of James H. Blakeman, late private Company F, One hundred and sixty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1898.
